What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first conversation with a potential client we ask several questions about the property. If the owner decides to move forward we schedule a day to come view the property and we will send over a copy of our agreement. Upon signing the agreement we start services immediately whatever it may be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience as also being investors as well as real estate agents who have been in this field for years. This has allowed us to see things from all angles which can help us better cater to our clients needs.
