Introduction: Hi! I'm Jennie and I have been practicing mindfulness and yoga for two decades. As a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance I find gratitude in every day that I am able to share my passion and love of Yoga with others. See, Yoga is so much more then a Posture. It's about self discovery, growth, opportunity. Simply put, it's a beautiful way to express yourself outward and grow inward. Yoga does not discriminate!
