Brian replaced a garage door for my daughter in Dripping Springs. I talked to him a bit but he was busy so I just passed by occasionally. I noticed him doing the final operational checks on the door and emergency shutoff so I walked out and noticed something. He had replaced every piece of hardware, track and roller that was in the new garage door kit. I asked him why he did that since all of the existing hardware was like new. He said, your daughter is paying for a new garage door installation and that is what I am giving her. He could have just as easily replaced the failed panels and went about his merry way however; he chose to provide the service and installation that he was contracted to do. If I ever need assistance with a garage door I will definitely give Brian first shot at the job. I saw that his workmanship was excellent and my daughter says that the cost was reasonable.
