We've been clients of Jim's for almost 10 years now and can't rate him highly enough. Jim had brilliantly executed many misc. projects for us like painting, repairs and remodeling. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Victory during my full bath and kitchen renovation this past winter. I have never had any major work done before but the initial estimate of cost and time were both accurate. Jim and his crew were very accommodating and easy to work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Designing a new kitchen, bathroom or remodeling your current one is a big and expensive project. Everyone would like to save some money, if possible, and one great way to do that is just buying wholesale materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review customer data to determine if it's a match with our services. If we feel we can benefit a customer with the services we provide we will establish a brief in home visit to learn more about customers goals and establish repoir. We then prepare a detailed proposal of the prices broken down which becomes a contract once signed. We then book a date, choose your products and begin work. It's that simple!
