Introduction: A stand out is that I work the with four capacities of "being". The physical~ body, emotion~ feeling, mental~ thoughts, and spirit~ soul. We examine how present experience of 'suffering' may manifest on each level and apply techniques to assist the individual in release, of that which is creating their suffering. The work at these four levels at once can really accelerate healing, and produce profound relief and lasting results. I enjoy assisting individuals in becoming empowered, releasing any past experiences which may be holding them back, deepening into their individual gifts and creativity, and in essence supporting them in living a joy filled, passionate life.
