- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing system that goes off the number of bedrooms and bathrooms the home has. There are no hidden fees all of our prices are upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer online booking to make the process as simple as possible for a new customer. Once the customer books their appointment we send out email and SMS text to confirm the appointment. After that we send out various emails and SMS text for reminders and updates. The next step is when our cleaners arrive at the customers home to perform the cleaning. Once the cleaning is complete we will send out an email and also give a live voice call asking the customer how was the experience. The last but best step is the customer relaxing in the comfort of their clean home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees are Betco Corp certified in various things from disinfecting to dilution control.
