- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can provide you with an estimate but until I speak with you to understand your business and your needs it is just an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my potential new customers, via phone or video to understand their business and assess whether or not we are a good fit together. I will know right off if I can assist or not. If we decide to work together I send my clients a proposal, contract, and invoice. That process is automated so no worries.T hen we will meet to come up with a personalized action plan for your business processes. We develop a timeline together during this phase and get started immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Information Technology which helps me to keep up with the industry technological advances and implement them. I have over 20 years of experience and counting of Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant services.
