Introduction: I love my work and I have vast experience in the fields of counseling and coaching. I have a Doctorate in mental health; I am a Certified Relationship Specialist; a Licensed Professional Counselor; a Board Certified Psychologist. I have been in the mental health profession for 30 years. I love helping people and watching them grow. Coaching is short-term, related to counseling but not the same. My aim is to help people resolve obstacles that are interfering with their contentment. The problems presented might be school or work stressors, family issues, motivation, and many others. Dr Mitchell has become such a huge value to my life. I have extreme Panic Disorder and anxiety and Dr Mitchell has helped to give me back a quality of life to actually enjoy life again. I had no quality of life anymore. I am so thankful that we found one another. I am not able to drive, so she took me on via the phone. Thank goodness she did. She checks on me if she doesn't hear from me. She always makes herself available. She is the very best. Caring, not just a doctor. Thank goodness for Dr Mitchell!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $105.00 per session. Sessions are typically 45 minutes long. When you call to schedule an appointment we can talk for ten minutes at not charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During a treatment period of 10-12 weeks we will work together to resolve the obstacles interfering with your happiness. I will ask questions to stimulate new ways of thinking about old habits that have become problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years experience as a licensed Professional Counselor and a certified Psychoanalyst. I hold a Doctorate in Mental Health and am a Certified Relationship Specialist.
