- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step when working with a new customer is establishing what their main use of my service is, losing or gaining weight or don't have time to cook throughout the week. Next what their preferences are what foods they like or dislike and any allergies. Lastly how many meals throughout the week and any extras.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lengthy background in food and service and I currently work for Lu Jean Feng a Vegan Fitness Clinic, I am being mentored by Dale Sapp Certified Executive Chef
