$50/hour and then $30/hour after the first hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get right down to the issue, because I know your time is valuable. I give you a review of what the issue is, and let you know how long it will take to resolve the the cost behind the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the IT field for over 10 years. I am bot CompTIA A+ and N+ certified and have most of my experience in the corporate world of America. I have great customer service skills and lots of patience for any questions you may have for me.
