Frank at S&S has helped me out on a couple of occasions and he comes with my highest recommendation. The screen on my laptop stopped working but Frank was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, and I was able to pick up my fixed laptop the next day. Another time, my desktop was infected with a virus and I was worried that I would lose data on my hard drive, but the issue was fixed with no loss of data. Ive also used S&S for routine services, replacing my laptop keyboard and getting more RAM on my desktop, and both times it was handled smoothly. I used to worry about computer issues if they arose, but knowing I have a reliable and trustworthy computer repair go-to in S&S, Im at ease. You wont be disappointed with S&Ss top-notch service.

$50/hour and then $30/hour after the first hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get right down to the issue, because I know your time is valuable. I give you a review of what the issue is, and let you know how long it will take to resolve the the cost behind the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the IT field for over 10 years. I am bot CompTIA A+ and N+ certified and have most of my experience in the corporate world of America. I have great customer service skills and lots of patience for any questions you may have for me.
