Introduction: Having been in the photography business over 10 years now, first starting with film then switching over to digital and attending the Center for Digital Imaging at Boston University and completing their Photography program; the fine details and technical aspects of photography are understood and translate to moments in times with meaning, not simply snapshots of whats happening. My images invoke passion and the fine art composition that make timeless images. The most rewarding aspect of photography is being able to see the emotional reaction I get when my work is view. Whether it is a gasp from a client viewing a breathtaking landscape image for the first time or a bride seeing moments from her special day that she forgot or missed in the craziness that weddings can be. Seth was very responsive and adapted to our needs. We made him travel a few hours in the early morning, and he was already working by 5 am (earlier than we asked him to do). His photos are beautiful and of high-quality. He captured moments perfectly even though we didn't pose at all. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A very generalized rate for a standard portrait session is 150 for up to an hour and 100/hr after that. Editing is included so after the shoot you will be provided with a disc, thumbdrive, option to view online or download if you want to do it that way. I am flexible to my clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I like to set up a time where were I can have a conversation, whether it be in person (for larger jobs this is standard operation procedure) or on the phone with a new client. Establishing a more personal relationship is important to better understanding how to best capture your special moments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years of film photography classes and a Photography degree from Boston University's center for digital imaging. As well as 10 years as a working professional.
