- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard prices because we treat each event as individually as possible. The company considers many things when quoting events. This allows us to provide a more accurate and affordable price. We aren't a " One size fits all" company. If you're working with a budget, we're working with a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically reach out to the customer so we can see what works best for them and we take it from there. We recognize that customers have entrusted a very special event to us and we want to deliver a finished product that puts a smile on the customer's face and a little bit of warmth in their hearts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Decorating for a family friend started us on this journey.
