- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer military, senior and new customer discounts. I get great deals on great paint and I pass that along to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is super important to us. I like to meet people and really find out what they are looking to accomplish. That way I can make sure we do all the things that will make them happy that they hired us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started painting with a friend who needed help as it’s sometimes hard to find solid employees. We repainted apartments after the tenants moved out to prepare for the new ones. It’s amazing what people will leave in their apartment when they move. That’s a story for another time.
