*Private Personal Training in Facility: $1,000 for 10 sessions *Private Personal Training in Home: $1,400 for 10 sessions *Semi-Private (2-3) Personal Training in Facility: $750 per person for 10 sessions *Semi-Private (2-3) Personal Training in Home: $1,000 per person for 10 sessions *Private Yoga / Meditation Instruction in Facility: $700 for 10 sessions *Private Yoga / Meditation Instruction in Home: $1,000 for 10 sessions *Semi-Private (2-4) Yoga / Meditation Instruction in Facility: $500 per person for 10 sessions *Semi-Private (2-3) Yoga / Meditation Instruction in Home: $750 per person for 10 sessions. *Online Personal Training: $600 for a 12-week program. *Online Nutrition Training: $600 for a 12-week program. *Consultation call (First one is free!): $75 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact John about working together, he will send you an invitation to book a free 60 minute coaching call to talk about your specific needs and goals. This will give you an opportunity to get to know each other and allow him to gather all the information he needs to best serve you. After the call, he will create a program or training schedule that is best fit for you to start achieving your goals right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John has a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and five additional certifications as a nationally recognized personal trainer, a sport performance and Olympic weight lifting coach, a corrective exercise and mobility specialist, and a mindset performance specialist. He is also a natural bodybuilder and published author of two popular fitness books available on Amazon. John has been passionately practicing and teaching yoga and meditation since 2013. He blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga techniques with his functional mobility background to teach clients how to breathe and move more efficiently while connecting their mind and body to the present moment. Yoga and meditation have become essential tools in John's daily life, and he has made it part of his mission to share these wonderful practices with others to bring more inner strength, awareness, and harmony into the world. His dream is to create positive change and inspire people everywhere to live healthier, happier lives. He strives to empower each and every person he works with to be fearless and aware of their full potential, and he practices what he preaches through his coaching, his writings, and his own daily personal actions.
