What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and have ongoing education and access to some of the newest nutritional science through USANA Health Sciences, a Nutritional Science company that I partner with who is also a leader in the industry of cellular health.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've had an interest in personal growth and health since I was a teenager, and when I first head about the possibility of being a Certified Health Coach, it seemed like a perfect fit! Working with others on their personal health goals in a holistic manor just matches up with my passions and interests!
