FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for the projects we complete varies, but we carefully evaluate each project and estimate the hours required to complete it so we can quote a fair price to our customers. For smaller projects, we may charge by the hour, but give our customers an estimated range of hours needed to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our new local customers, or chat over the phone with long-distance customers, and find out about their needs for a project. Then, we do extensive research to gain a better understanding of the project, the customer's business, the target market, and competitors, as well design trends in the customer's industry. Based on our research, we specify design strategies that will be implemented into the design project. After all research has been completed, we jump into the design and ideation phase, exploring many possible design solutions and narrowing down our ideas to the strongest solutions. We present our solutions to our customers, get feedback, and make revisions until both the customers and us feel that the design solution is complete and of exceptional quality. When the design solution is complete, we hand off the project to our customers, and in the case of websites, we teach our customers how to make simple changes to their website content if desired. We make sure to keep an ongoing relationship with our customers, and always assist them in a timely manner whenever needed, far beyond the completion of their project.
