- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel and mileage fees depends on the time the services are needed. Travel fees are due even if Notary does not go through for any reason. We may ask for travel fees upfront or require a deposit. After hours, weekend and holiday fees do apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I know how much of a hassle to get something notarized can be, so I do my best to make it as convenient and hassle free as possible. I try to make the process very easy, comfortable, knowledgeable and quick.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several courses related to the notary laws of Washington State. I also keep current with the Washington State laws as well as the Federal Laws for notarization.
