Great advice, losing weight and looking / feeling betterFeb 10, 2017Verified
Sigal has been a great help! We have only had a few sessions with her, but already she has motivated my grandmother to rethink her eating habits and try to lose the weight that is keeping her from doing so many of the activities that she used to love. Sigal is endlessly patient and has been incredibly flexible in scheduling meetings. If you are looking for someone with a wide breadth of knowledge who thinks outside the box and is willing to tailor their program to your specific needs, Sigal is the way to go!Jan 22, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $85 per session I charge $170 for a cooking lesson (1.5-2h) I offer Health & Nutrition coaching package: $850 for 11 sessions. I charge $400 for a presentation or a webinar (1h)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we have a free introductory session (either on the phone or through Skype/FaceTime), and we talk about their health, eating & drinking habits, their physical active routine (if exists at all) etc. We talk about my program and set up realistic goals for the future (near and far). We start meeting on a weekly basis. After each 10 sessions we assess their progress, see if they met their goals, and if they want to continue with their weight loss process with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from the Institute for Integrative nutrition (IIN) in New York City at 2006. I also hold a Masters degree in Public Health, majoring in Health Promotion from Haifa University, Israel (2012).
