Install heating cable for roofs to prevent future ice dams. Install ceiling fan. Matt arrived When he said he would. Was very sure that the job was done properly

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85/hr base $135/hr emergency services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment for a meeting. A walk through the property is made while recording an accurate list of Time and material. A detailed estimate is then sent out by email same day depending on job size. If estimate is accepted, a time is scheduled for job completion. Once the customer is completely satisfied an invoice will be emailed for payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Peterson School: Journeyman Electrician Class time: 600 hours Field time: 8000 hours/ Master Electrician Class time: 150 hours Field time: 2000 hours/ Total field time: over 20,000 hours/ State Required continued education: 21 hours every three years.
