This company has indeed gone above and beyond in providing services to our home. The attention to detail, quality of cleaning products, care with breakable items, willingness to add extra cleaning projects beyond regular housecleaning (such as conditioning woodwork, organizing cabinets and drawers, etc.) has been exceptional. Evidence of the trust we place in them is the fact that they we have given them access codes for the security system.

They've done a great job keeping an eye on and taking care of the housekeeping needs for our vacation rental outside of Bend, which is great for us since we live 300 miles away! I'm very happy!

Above and Beyond takes care of cleaning my vacation rental. A clean rental is crucial to the reviews we receive on VRBO and Air Bnb. Excellent cleaning and service are a must and Above and Beyond is providing that for us.

Rebecca was the first to respond to our emergency request and immediately provided support! The job required an additional trip which she also accommodated. She is experienced, provides excellent service and has outstanding customer relations skills.

She was all smiles the day we met and very professional. However, she was unclear as to what day we started and called the following week to reconfirm. Then on the day she was to be here, she gave an excuse for not showing on time, and asked to show up an hour later. She never showed and blocked my call when I called to check. Find someone else.
