- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work of a written price list. All of our techs carry a price list, there are no hidden costs when we provide our clients with a price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a full staff of Officé personnel, that are prepared to take calls from customers who are in need of our services and dispatch all techs as needed around the northern Bay Area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team as well as my self have many HVAC related class completion certificates from all the main manufacturers which keep us up to date on any and all new products in our market and of course our Contractors License and over 30 years of hands on experience in our company.
