- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often tell prospective customers when asked, the price can be anywhere from "free" to more than you would guess. This is because the marketplace offers services which provide varying degrees of success and may be helpful to some companies but not to others. Each company goes through different phases of growth and typically we can work within budgets for a particular phase of that organizations growth. They value we add is that we can pull from multiple disciplines. Our typical rates run from $85hr to $150 per hour but often times for smaller tasks a fit budget is a better option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before selecting customers to work with, we need to know there is value in the relationship. We need to produce work at a level where potential customers see the value in our efforts. Whatever the project, we like to look at the big picture, beyond the immediate task. No use spending time on a short term "fix" that is not coordinated with moving your whole organization forward. Whatever we do, it should be a coordinated effort, building on what work has been done before and we should also know there is documented value in applying time in effort within the requested areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a company history that dates back to its founding in 1983. We also have multiple degrees in graphic design and have been involved in developing website & digital marketing, branding and coding since 1999.
