- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a couple options for pricing. Financing Available! This will depend on three crucial components; the size of the job, material needed, and the customer's preference. We try to work with each customer individually to find a payment plan that is reasonable for both parties. We also can provide price matching on the same material. Do not ever hesitate to ask us if there is anything we can do on our price, if we can we will always do our best for you, we do not ever want to lose a customer over a little difference in money. The more open the relationship between our customers and our staff the better service we can provide, in return the better experience you will have!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we begin a new project, I like to personally meet my new customers. Together, we will do a "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Within 24 hours of this meeting, I will submit to you a proposal for approximate time, materials, and labor. If you choose to accept this proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Storm Guard's primary business has been construction, development, and management of residential and commercial housing. Mr. Lynch has developed and constructed over 3,000 multi-family units as well as hundreds of single-family housing units and numerous commercial projects. All of our crews are fully insured and trained to be preforming there work!
