Introduction: An investment with SonLight isn't just driving to your local department store for the "sit up straight" photo. I will laugh with you, get down in the dirt, mud, snow, or wind to catch that perfect shot. I will play with your kids or probably hug your grandparents and get very excited when the pictures look great!
I strive to capture the family memories of happy times, the infant that rests peacefully in your arms, the moments when we stop to "smell the roses" and never want to forget what they smell like.
I will meet you on location or we can arrange to use the indoor studio. The sessions are aimed to be low key and relaxed. If you have children, no worries or stress needed. I will take as many pictures as necessary to capture their natural smile then you pick your favorites. Pets are encouraged to come, too! After all, they are part of the family!

I used SonLight Photography on two occasions and both times, I was highly impressed. Sarah's passion for photography shines through in every single shot and you can truly tell she loves what she does. We put her to the challenge of photographing our December wedding....at night...outside...in 17 degree weather! The pictures were breathtaking and she had many ideas on how to capture our special day. She was very open to our ideas also. I'm still in awe every time I look at our wedding pictures! We had Sonlight Photography photograph our wedding in August! Sarah did an amazing job not only with our wedding pictures but as well as our engagement pictures! Also she was very quick to show sneak peaks as well as get your photographs back to you! I have had nothing but great reviews on our pictures! She does an awesome job!

Sarah is an excellent photographer who does a great job of capturing all those little moments and expressions that truly show someone's personalty and emotions. As I type this, I'm looking at the beautiful photos on my wall that she took of my children. I love each one, as they are such wonderful portraits of their sweet faces and personalities. Sarah was great with my two year old son! He can become very serious and straight faced when the camera comes out but Sarah managed to get him to laugh and smile for the photos! She was fun and professional!
