I have been a small business owner for just a couple years now; working from home! In the beginning there was lots to learn, and I'm still learning. It's surprising just how many skills come into play when you work for yourself, it can be overwhelming. Like most, I use social media personally, but when it comes to using it for marketing your business that's entirely different from the text, presentation, timing and more. I knew I needed some assistance, some guidance to get me started, and this is when I reached out to Sarah!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Depends on the length of the project and what it includes. Always willing to negotiate a price that works best for the client and myself.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Ask questions about what they want from the service and provide customer with how I can help. Come up with a communication plan of what is to be done and by what deadline so everyone is on the same page. Agree on price.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Bachelors Degree in Communication. Work well with people and have several past jobs that required administrative type tasks.
