- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fiza Studio is a full service interior design studio. In past over 20 years of design experience, I have made my clients very happy and many of them now are close friends. Fiza Studio offers two different fee structures: • Project base fee: depends on the scale and the scope of the project • Hourly consultations: $130 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our designs are inspired by you! I love to meet people and that’s how I like to begin the design process, by meeting you! I will meet with you at the project site, which gives us an opportunity to develop a better understanding of the scope of the project. This also gives me a chance to note the current conditions of the space and see the existing furnishings. Moreover, we personally get to introduce ourselves and learn about your requirements, your lifestyle, your concerns and other parameters of your project. For any project this is the first step, which will determine the scope of the project. After understanding the scope of the project, the style and your needs, I offer multiple furniture plans, furniture scheme, color scheme and the material scheme. This process goes through a few tweaks according to your liking before it is finalized. From there, I develop all of the project’s details; create documents and coordinate with contractors and retailers. If you desire, I would supervise the project very closely each step of the way to insure that all is accomplished as promised. Project Steps: 1. Initial consultation 2.
