- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price fairly and upfront. There will be no surprises. We discuss options and contingencies beforehand as best we can for you. Discounts in price generally void or shorten our warranty. Please understand that estimates on this app cannot be exact. Without a site survey we cannot guarantee this estimate. Hourly rates, if offered, do not include electrical or plumbing estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the customer. We ask questions to understand the problem from their viewpoint and bring our expertise in to solve the problem in the best way for our client. We develope a solution, outline a plan and communicate as appropriate. All work is agreed to before we begin and will be billed as such.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Drafting, Design, Windows, Siding, Roofing educational and specific training.
