You get to understand yourself on a deeper level and learn what has been holding you back, was just an attempt to get you to grow and evolve. I combine hypnosis, meditation and coaching - it's an effective combination for growth leading to inner peace.
I enjoy every aspect of my work, as it's not work, but my life's journey and pleasure. I see every client as a gift and opportunity. I have the pleasure and privilege to help people feel better about themselves. I work with clients on typical issues as anxiety, worry, stress management, weight loss, smoking cessation, public speaking and confidence building.

Donna is truly remarkable. She is a life coach, a motivator, and the most inspirational person I've ever met. After only a month I felt like a different person. I have seen Donna many times both for hypnosis and meditation. She is an amazing and gifted hypnotist and person! She knows how to get to the core of things in an unbelievably intuitive way. Donna has helped me in my personal life in ways I cannot even begin to describe. She's gentle and loving, and makes her clients feel cared about and supported. I went in for hypnosis as a sceptic, having been unable to be hypnotized at various other times in my life. First session with Donna made me a believer!
