Jon is a garage door machine. It was hot and muggy when he came to hang my three openers and tune up the doors. Didn't complain once and just the opposite; he is so personable. He gets the whole customer relations thing.
Told me what I needed and took care of it. Answered any questions I had and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need or want.
He got to my house at three and I thought "no way he gets this done by 5 5:30". I was right he didn't get done. NOT UNTIL ALMOST 9, but he never complained once. Jon is the consumate tradesman.
Not that a person needs a garage door worked on very often, but when, and if I do, Jon will be who I call.
P.S My address is in Eureka Springs and he drove from Springfield Mo. Now that's a big service area for a small business and I am really glad!
