Introduction: As a licensed Real Estate agent, I know how important photography is to marketing homes in this age of online shopping. If buyers do not feel a connection to a home when looking online, it is very unlikely they will ever step foot in the door. I do my best to showcase each home I shoot in the most favorable way possible, while still trying to maintain a realistic image.
Opening the front door of each home I shoot is as exciting to me as opening a Christmas gift - I never know what is going to be inside! Once inside, I love to capture the best image(s) of each room to share with the world. It is challenging and creative and a job I am completely in love with.

Lani always does a great job accommodating my requests for photography in a very timely manner. Which is much appreciated. She is professional when she shows up, takes great shots, goes above and beyond to help the seller's home look it's best by checking lighting and finding the best angle to make the room look it's absolute best! She delivers her photos promptly, and if weather conditions change, she's willing to retake shots, again to show the house in it' s best light. Her photos are always amazing. My clients are ALWAYS very happy...and so am I. I will continue to Lani for my real estate photographs. She's amazing!

Lani has been shooting pictures of my listings for the past two years and I couldn't be happier with her work! Transitioning to using her professional photos in my advertising has helped me to sell my listings quicker and for top dollar, as I'm getting more buyers through the doors and at a quicker pace. She's so good at tweaking little things with a homeowner's decor and furnishings and has a great eye for finding all the right angles and light to showcase a home at its best. She's fun, friendly and just SO easy to work with. I recommend her highly!

Lani did a great job for us. She went the extra mile to work us into her schedule on a busy week and got the job done. The imagery is great.. she got all the angles we needed and also showed her creativity by capturing some great beauty shots that showcased these properties in their best light. She communicated well throughout the process. An excellent experience and I’ll definitely reach out again to her any time we need imagery in her area!
