I honestly will never hire another developer other than Sharron again. She exceeded my expectations and stayed well within budget. We were in constant contact during the entire duration of the project, she even responded to my emails after hours! I can not say enough positive things about the woman. Amazing talent!

Let me start this review by saying thank you Sharron Denice, LLC. I can say as a customer I am truly satisfied with the job done on my blog. I was pretty iffy about hiring a company to complete my work because of past horror I have experienced. Sharron, assured me that I would not have anymore horror stories and she could have my work completed with in 24 hours. She completed my project switfly, completed my list and gave me a tutorial on how to operate Wordpress on the back end. Trifecta!!!! It feels good to have a lingering project completed. I will definitely call on her skills again and pass the word to those who are in need of website help.

Thanks JB, I'm glad that you allowed me the opportunity to show you that not all stories are bad. Look forward to working with you in the future as well.

I must say this… If you get the chance to hire or contract Sharron, do it! You will be thrilled that you did. Sharron has a contagiously bright attitude. She is very organized and self-motivated. Sharron doesn’t just ask what to do next — Sharron works very well according to general defined priorities — and then she finds what needs to be done and does it. I was happy to find that I could just let Sharron work autonomously and rely on her to get it all done. I contracted Sharron to do mostly DevOps and server upgrades -- and Sharron made the servers stand up and dance! Sharron's knowledge of tools is top-notch. One example: Slack -- Sharron leveraged Slack for server monitoring and collaboration, to the benefit of the whole team. I know that Sharron’s skills go way beyond what I was able to tap into, extending also into excellent skills for code development, organizing a server (separating config from code) and generally making stuff better… the way it should be. I also think Sharron’s knowledge and skills in Scrum, in addition to excellent people skills, would make her an ideal Scrum Master. If you need ANYTHING, you could do no better than to hire or contract Sharron.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All logo designs are $200, all other services require project estimation before a price can be established.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting a project, we ask that our clients setup a consultation with us so that we can gather your project requirements. Once we receive your requirements we will begin work after an initial deposit is made. For projects under $200, payment must be made in full. Projects higher than $200, can be paid in 3 installments, first payment before work begins, second payment mid-project and the final payment after completion of project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 27 years of proven expertise in web and software application development as well as branding, marketing and advertising, you can trust that our Elite Technical Consultants will take your business to the next level.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers as large as Federal Credit Unions to personal bloggers. No project is too big or too small for our team.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before submitting a request for work, first google the cost of similar projects. Then you will have an idea of how much a typical budget should be. All projects can be done within budget but it greatly affects the quality of work. When building your brand, ensure you pay to receive quality work. I've decided if a budget is too low, I won't be able to work with the client because it means that I will be producing sub-par work just to meet a budget. If you plan on starting a business that will generate income for you and your family, you will need to make the proper investments to assure that it does just that.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Here are a few things that you should think about before hiring a professional to complete your project. 1. What is it that you want? 2. When do I need to have it done? 3. How much am I willing to spend to get what I want, when I want it? I feel having these three questions answered before you hire someone will make the project completion a breeze.
