We love Stick and Trum! Everyone is very friendly and non-intimidating! My son has taken lessons on several instruments and has learned a lot! He has developed a live for music and does not feel like it is a chore to go to lessons!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love for prospective students to come in to tour our studio. It really gives a feel for who we are and what we do. Normally our teachers will sit with a student during their first lesson to learn about who they are and what they want to learn. We don't have a preconceived curriculum, our lessons are tailored to YOU!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Some of our teachers have music degrees. Some have taken lessons. Others are self-taught. Many of them play in local bands or as solo artists around town. We hire teachers who are passionate about music and connecting with students and are great at what they do.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have had students from 12 months old (in our Mommy & Me Class) to students well into their 70s who are picking up an instrument for the first time. We can teach almost any instrument, most styles, and most levels. We are a laid back, community driven studio and are passionate about investing in our students!
