FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing can be found in my website under "booking & pricing". I also offer bundle packages for other services. I was previously a makeup artist, and offer packages for that as wel. But I also have aligned with other local businesses to offer specials in pricing on services such as hair, makeup, and custom cakes (for cake smashes) and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know a bit about my clients, their family, their interests- so that I may properly represent them in my photos. I edit as many pictures as there are good ones. I do not have a limit on editing and I don't make clients pay a pet edit fee. Photos are released into an online gallery with a password for download and viewing. I do not limit download amounts. So, say a client has family all the way across the country or even in another country- with the password they too are able to access and download the photos as many times as they would like. I do offer print options if a client so chooses to have me do it for them. But, part of the nice part of the online gallery and download is that my clients may take the files to print shop of choice which is usually better for the client financially.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been photographing since I was very young. It started when I was 12 and was in fishing tournaments with my father. The gentleman operating the program discovered my interest and handed me his giant camera, allowing me to take photos for the "Fishin'Pals" monthly newsletter. When I was 19 I saved my money and purchased my first real professional camera, a Nikon D5100. Since then my business has continued to expand, as have my skills. I have since switched to team Canon, and am loving my new camera. I am also a full time student at NSU, graduating May 2016 with my bachelors in psychology.
