What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Resume and interviewing coaching is usually at a $100 per hour rate. This includes all assistance needed with a resume. For career and business coaching, my normal rate is $1000 per month and usually for a minimum of three months. This does depend on the customers needs though.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on the needs of the customer. It could just require an email and a phone call, or it could involve face-to-face meetings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor is Economics from Oklahoma State University. I have a MBA from Oklahoma State University. I have two HR certifications: Senior Professional In Human Resources (SPHR) and the Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) I have been in management and leadership roles for 24 years across different types of industries. I am a certified trainer with Stephen Covey, DDI and DeBono. I create and teach leadership and management classes. I am an adjunct Professor at St. Gregory's University. Certified facilitator and coach. Provide keynote and workshop style speeches.
