Introduction: I am a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu. I have been a chef for 15 years. I have worked in Aspen, Charleston, Atlanta, and locally at The Grove Park Inn, Biltmore Estate, and the Cliffs. I am French trained but have experience in all styles of food. I am also a dietetic intern--a couple of months away from being a registered dietitian. Special-needs menus are not a problem. I am also an award-winning vegetarian chef. I love cooking. I love making people happy. I have been told numerous times that I have cooked someone's favorite meal. I also like to give instructional lessons for any age or background. I have a friendly personality and get along with everyone. I feel like I have a great grasp on the nutritional part as well as pairing the right ingredients to make something wonderful. I can cook healthy, but I am also not scared to use butter and cream to really make something special.
