- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give hard bids for jobs but will do time and materials bid also. This allows the homeowner to see where the money is going.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the owner first hand at t g e job to explain or answer any questions or doubts that they might have. I like to build a relationship with the owners so that it continues after the job is done..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been to many engineering classes to home remodeling courses.
