- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Maintenance services are charged to a credit card for residential customers, commercial customers and cities receive email bills. Larger jobs have a 100 dollar deposit to be placed on the schedule without refund if the customer backs out, then half of the remainder when we start the job and the other half before we leave the job once complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Someone can call in, for maintenance services they will be asked to place a credit card on file if they want the service complete and we will be before each service. Larger projects will receive an estimate and we will work with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
