Introduction: The thing that stands out the most about me is my passion and energy to help others make Fitness a lifestyle! I want to break barriers and crush stereotypes!! My methods are somewhat unconventional to others but for me it's the only way I know. I am personally at over an 80 pound weight loss. I decided to get Certified as an ACE Personal trainer and Health coach; during my journey I've learned a lot of do's and don'ts! I feel it is my purpose to show others how to incorporate fitness the right way to make lasting, lifelong change. If I can help people be stronger and happier and healthier then I will in turn help to make the world a Little Bit Stronger, Happier and Healthier! If you are lacking in energy, confidence, strength or just unhappy with the way your body looks and feels, I can Help! I promise to believe in you until which time you truly believe in yourself! Definitely worth working with Nichole! Absolutely the best! I was a cardio girl thinking that was going to give me results, I was the intimidated one who would stand clear of the weight room. She turned it all around for me showing me there is more to life than cardio and the weight room area isn't so scary. She taught me so much, so much more than I was expecting to learn! I saw results in as little as 4 weeks and dropped 2 pants sizes in 8 weeks. Absolutely amazing trainer and amazing person. She's all about loving yourself and feeling strong and beautiful!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every clients and their goals are different, therefore, I go through an initial physical assessment and then we sit down and chat about goals. I chose this profession because I truly want to make a difference in people's lives so I take the consultation very seriously and if I don't feel as though I can truly help the person then I refer them to someone who possibly can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal weight loss of 80+lbs. ACE Health Coach and Personal Training Certification. Strength and conditioning CE. Primal 7 training (similar to TRX) CPR certified as well as many many years in the customer service field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I want to make Fitness Fun! This field chose Me! If you would have told the my overweight 12 year old self, that I would grow up to be a personal trainer and health coach who does Fitness competitions and helps to inspire healthy lifestyle change in people, I probably would have died laughing. It wasn't until age 26 that I realized how overweight I was and decided I needed to make a change. Luckily for me I'm an extremely self-motivated individual and I've never been one to take a shortcut. I don't believe anything worth having will be easy to get so I made sure to make the hard changes that last a lifetime rather than look for quick fading results. In the process I learned how truly amazing I am, physically and mentally!! It may sound a bit corny but I feel as though I have been Reborn like I have a whole new fresh chance at life and it makes me so happy that I just want to try and help others achieve that same feeling of Greatness!
