FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project that I work on is different and clients require different products and services. Our packages are tailor made to our clients needs. As a business we have a standard scale that we go by to set a price range for our products and services, but those are always discussed and formulated upon a formal consultation with our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new client is to set up an initial phone consultation. Then we like to meet at some popular local establishment such as a Starbucks Coffee, Penera Bread or any local sit down area that is comfortable to the client and our staff. We then listen to what the client would like our services to accomplish for them. We explain our process of going about fulfilling their request. We answer any additional questions the client may have and we follow up again by phone prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As it relates to education and formal training, I've graduated with honors from Specs Howard School of Media Arts. At Specs Howard my concentration was in the field of professional cinematography and film. I excelled in the studies of motion pictures. I was in the process of becoming a filmmaker when I decided to study professional photography with the intent of becoming an even greater cinematographer. It wasn't my original intent to become a professional photographer, but I fell in love with the art of photography and have been a professional photographer ever since. It's amazing how my education in motion pictures have crossed over into my style of photography and I believe it is a big contributor to what separates me from the rest.
