Our selling experience with Catherine was amazing! After taking Catherine's suggestions for making a few improvements and setting the price where she recommended, the house was under contract just three days after listing it.
During the due diligence period, Catherine kept us informed and advised us when buyer questions arose. Closing went smoothly and came together on time.
