FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a "standard" pricing system. There are far too many variables to take into account. Vendor, product line, finish, condition of substrate, type of substrate, etc...all are deciding factors in provide a pinpoint estimate/proposal. I can give a range/ball park figure, which would encompass labor/materials...labor only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is communication, communication, communication! I keep my appointments. I'm on time. I answer and return calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. I do what I say I'm going to do. I don't cut corners. I value my name and workmanship, far more than I do anyone's money. I have zero tolerance for alcohol/drug use/abuse on my projects. I have zero tolerance for inferior workmanship or products. I have zero tolerance for loud music on my projects. I adhere to the degree of trustworthiness, reliability....and providing the quality workmanship that each and every client deserves...and I do not deviate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's degree in business management.....and I'm in "training" each and every day. Technology changes daily...coating products are no different. I guess if I tallied up my years of experience, and equate that to college credits....I would be a Professor of Painting.
