- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flexible. I typically try to stay away from flat rate fees because simply, every job is different. It depends on size of space, what all the customer needs and what supplies, if any, I have to supply. Plus, transportation, how long it takes and how many people will be working on that job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make it a very easy process to work with us. We just need to know exactly what you are wanting, what if anything you do not have to complete any task you want done, and when you want it done. Simple right!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been servicing commercial businesses for years with their basic cleaning to monthly deep cleaning and redecorating. We've been servicing homes for the past 5 years when we realized we enjoyed coming home to our homes being cleaned. We thought we could help more people by branching out into residential properties.
