FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pest control for many is a luxury, for others it is imperative. I try to price my services according to industry standards, but want to win your business. If you find a better deal, let me know and I’ll try to meet it or beat it. But I am a firm believer of you sometimes get what you pay for. We will use professional-grade products and will do it right the first time. We offer military, educator and first-responder discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build trust. I try to relate to them and ensure that I am not doing anything different than I would for my own property. I also have children and pets to worry about, so following label requirements is imperative to keeping clients satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former high school math teacher and current school administrator who felt the need for a new challenge. I oversee the school’s building and facilities, so I am aware of how an IPM program should be structured, working closely with the homeowner and/or custodial and maintenance crews. I am a forever learner and always working on mastering my craft. I am insured and fully licensed and certified by Clemson’s Department of Pesticide Regulation and complete recertification credits annually.
