Introduction: I truly believe walking along side someone through the most difficult times in life is an honor and a privilege. I am so passionate about the counseling process because I believe it is one of the many helpful tools needed to start a journey of healing. It is likely to be a tough road ahead but I am here to be a listening ear, helpful guide, and supportive companion as you embark on this healing journey! Although I work with clients on a wide range of different issues, I specialize in sexual abuse and trauma. I have been trained in a unique treatment known as EMDR that works exceptionally well with trauma. My favorite part about my job is watching healing take place when it otherwise feels impossible.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 50 minute session cost $85. However, I do offer a sliding scale fee that on a limited basis and is based off of annual household income plus life circumstances. Let me know if you have questions about this. I'd be happy to help!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process if fairly painless. We will schedule an appointment that works for both of our schedules and then I will email you the initial paperwork. This gives you a chance to fill it out prior to session and come in with any questions or concerns!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Texas A&M University. Then I received my Master of Arts in Counseling at Colorado Christian University. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR for trauma and have attended a number of additional trainings for continuing education purposes.
