- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a pricing list that can be provided for estimates. We base our pricing off of specific breed and weight and some pet coats or trims may take longer than others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon booking an appointment, I will ask for clients name, address and pet's names. I will also ask if there are any specific requirements the pet will need before we arrive to a clients home. There is a client information card that we ask to be filled out upon arrival as well as a general release form granting us permission to groom their pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Distinctive Dogs Grooming Academy in Las Vegas, NV. I have groomed at an animal hospital prior to me starting my own business. I have attended multiple continuing education grooming seminars through the National Dog Groomers Association of America.
