- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing in Real Estate, each property and location can be different. Also market trends are for ever changing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client, the most important things I can do is ask the right questions and LISTEN!!! Understanding your wants and needs is very very important. I have the knowledge to be able to get what they need. Either in getting their home ready for sale and for finding the buyers for their home. Working with buyers either local or from away, finding the right home for the buyers. Believe it or not, I have sold homes to buyers site unseen. They trusted my ability to have the right knowledge to get what they wanted..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, I have the CNE Designation from RENI Many years experience and I am all ways taking new courses to keep up with what is going on in Real Estate in my area.
