- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend upon the type of document that requires notarization. A 50% discount will be given to first time customers. In addition, discounts will be given periodically for companies or the general public needing multiple notarizations as well as repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has received and agreed upon a set price, I will contact the customer to set an appointment. Communucations will take place via Thumbtack messaging or phone call. During our initial conversation we will confirm the date, time, and location of the appointment and discuss payment options. I will also inform the customer of the requirements necessary to legally perform the notarization and address any questions or concerns that they may have regarding the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Notary Association trained and certified Notary Signing Agent. In addition, I have been commissioned to serve as a Notary Public in all 100 NC counties by the NC Secretary of State.
