- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will begin with a talk so I can understand your goals and lifestyle. We will go over any typical medical questions and your availability. If you feel like it is a good fit then we will get started on the journey :0)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified in many things over the years. Personal training, group fitness, weight loss management with behavior change modification, yoga and weight lifting are some of the many certifications.
