Introduction: I am a senior manager and VP at Hallmark who experienced a life altering accident. My topic, "Dealing with Disruption" deals with resilience in both our personal and professional lives. Bad things happen, often without warning or logic. We survive by finding new avenues to do what we were uniquely gifted to do. Bumps in the road do not constitute the end of that road. A more fulfilling one may lie ahead. This talk is meant to get people thinking about flipping their own paradigms to what’s possible. Please reference the website for more. I have always enjoyed speaking on business topics and interacting with audiences as part of my corporate career. Now I am able to tell my personal story, weaving in both ED life and workplace lessons learned from the life altering experience I had. I enjoy that it can inspire and motivate others.

Lindsey's story of the mental and physical obstacles she overcame in relatively short order after a serious accident is a powerful one. It touches on many levels personally and professionally. She has a very genuine speaking style and injects the right amount of storytelling with humor as she pulls out key insights that can be applied broadly to all of us. Definitely worth hearing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do expect travel costs to be covered for any significant distance. My current fee structure is $2000 per speaking event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand the needs of the customer and their audience. We'll discuss location, date and time, etc. I will send an estimate if I have availability at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from K State in business and have had a successful career at Hallmark where I became a VP and senior manager within 15 years. In that role, I have been a frequent speaker to business partners, licensors, and retailers both within and outside of the company. I really enjoy that part of my role.
