- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not believe in standard pricing, our firm rarely, if ever, uses hourly fees. We believe that delivering results is the most important goal for our clients and us--and we typically offer a flat fee based on the matter---even if it far exceeds the anticipated hours of work. Moreover, we never charge for correspondence, meetings, etc. We deliver results that are competitively priced keeping in mind our client's financial situation and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the outset, we request our clients to fill a comprehensive questionnaire and intake, that is customized for their matter, followed by a meeting or phone call to assess the matter. We then offer unlimited follow up consultations to ensure that a new client is 100% confident in our services. If the client hires our firm, they are granted access to an exclusive online client portal where they can see the status of their case on demand, work done to date, upcoming dates, messages, all their client documents, billing and much more. We are the only firm that will guarantee your satisfaction with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Managing Director, I have an Master's in Business, a Doctorate of Law (top of my class), 12 years of consulting experience, and I am the Chairman of the Commercial transactions division and Chairman of the Middle East Division, and a Regent Board Member with the American Bar Association.
